A valuable reference for any man over the age of fifty. One of the best references I've seen on problems associated with testosterone deficiency. Also contains information for women as  well as men.

  Natural Hormone Enhancement is a scientific, well-researched, yet totally understandable approach to fitness and health. 

While it is generally intended for body builders, its research is applicable for all men who want to maintain their health.

A must read for men that want to understand the science behind nutrition and hormone balance.

  An extensive look at the multiple roles of this remarkable hormone by the late Dr. John Lee.

While this book was primarily written for women to help prevent breast cancer, the health-enhancing principles it covers are equally applicable to men.
